  1. EQT had some great promoters and, as mentioned in yesterday’s comments, CXO does for the upcoming year as well. GGI has a great story, but do they have a promotions team in place to help capitalize on their story?

  2. A cool million for DVR – nice.

    Mr. David MacMillan reports

    DEVERON MONETIZES LEGACY ASSETS

    Deveron UAS Corp. has tendered 100 per cent of its shareholdings in Boreal Agrominerals Inc. to an offer from 9949941 Canada Inc. to acquire 100 per cent of Boreal by plan of arrangement. On closing, the company has received an initial payment of three cents per share on its original holdings of three million shares, totalling $90,000. In total, Deveron is to receive cash considerations, after the payment of certain obligations of Boreal, of approximately 32 cents per share to be paid in three tranches:

    Three cents per share immediately after Dec. 30, 2016 (completed);
    12 cents per share on or before the six-month anniversary of the effective date;
    17 cents per share on or before the one-year anniversary of the effective date, which could be extended to the second anniversary of the effective date.

    The arrangement agreement calls for total cash consideration to Deveron of $960,000.

    “Deveron continues to see sizable growth opportunities in its drone data business as we head into 2017,” commented David MacMillan, Deveron’s president and chief executive officer. “Monetizing legacy assets provides ample capital for the growth of our network of drones as we target expansion into Western Canada and select opportunities in the United States.”

  4. And DVR still has $100,000 cash coming in from the Parlane deal from last year…in total that’s $1.1 million, negates the need for another financing…

  5. So many stocks Jon, geesh.

    Johnz – have not heard on PMA, but they are tight lipped. The deal has been agreed, so I do expect the signing soon.

  7. HIT was only mentioned as a trading opportunity, and separate from our Top Opportunities List, late in the year, GregJ, when it was hovering around a nickel in mid-November. It made a run but is back at a nickel again. We’ll update soon.

  8. Re: HIT. Thanks for asking about this one Gregl. I had the same question. It appears to me as a good buy at current levels. took a hit (pardon the pun) from last earnings report but as BMR pointed out they have reduced expenses and launch of new products for iphone 7 should help bottom line. Over Christmas I went to a few local bestbuy stores and the product they had was hard to find _ i was told the Hitcase was popular and flying off the shelves.
