How The Eskay Heart Of Gold Camp Will Help Drive The Coming Venture Up Wave (Part 1)

BullMarketRun.com Exclusive Special Report

June is right around the corner and exploration crews for multiple companies are anxious to “hit the ground running” over the next 2 to 3 weeks in what promises to be the busiest summer the prolific Eskay Heart of Gold Camp has witnessed in almost 3 decades.  Even a new mine, one of the highest-grade Gold mines anywhere in the world, is now coming on stream as commissioning began in April for Pretium Resources‘ (PVG, TSX) Brucjack with commercial production slated for the 2nd half of 2017.

The Brucejack mine is projected to churn out 500,000 ounces of Gold per year during its first 8 years at an average grade of 16.1 g/t Au.

Last year, stocks of juniors active in the Camp peaked early, by mid-August.  This time around it’ll be a different story for reasons related to the overall market to the sheer magnitude of drilling and exploration activity which will greatly exceed that of 2016.

For investors, profit opportunities are truly extraordinary given the immense geological power of this district and the fact the Venture is preparing for a new wave to the upside after consolidating in a range between 850 and the low 700’s over the last 9 months following an 82% surge over just 6+ months last year.

Keep in mind, the Eskay Heart of Gold Camp stocks helped lead the first phase of the new Venture bull market in 2016.  They will help drive the second phase this summer with all of John’s charts pointing to a major breakout in the Index above 850 as the bull cycle comes out of its consolidation.

Two District Out-Performers This Year

Many investors would be surprised to learn that the two best-performing juniors in the Eskay Camp over the last 6 to 9 months have been Garibaldi Resources (GGI, TSX-V) and Eskay Mining (ESK, TSX-V).  That’s a trend that can be expected to continue, though some other situations are expected to begin to accelerate once they’re able to overcome some technical constraints (Colorado Resources, CXO, TSX-V, and Aben Resources, ABN, TSX-V, for example, continue to fight declining 200-day moving averages).

Eskay Mining has doubled in price in 2017 to lead all juniors in the Camp so far this year in terms of share price performance, thanks to its deal with Silver Standard Resources (SSO, TSX) regarding the SIB, a true jewel of the entire Golden TriangleGaribaldi leads the pack in percentage gains going back to the start of Q4 last year when it became apparent that there was much more to its 100%-owned E&L deposit and surrounding claims at Nickel Mountain than historical explorers were able to outline in the 1960’s.

Do you know if GGI is planning on drilling outside of the known mineralized area this summer or would that be something they do in next years drilling plans?
    Thanks

  2. Of course they are, Greg, as report detailed. They’ll start with the known zones and then step out.

  3. Jon, how do you think the adit at Nickel Mtn will come into play here when GGI starts their drill program shortly.

  4. That’s a hot sizzler! Thanks BMR- looking forward to the summer months!
Just noticed a more muted enthusiasm for GGI this week compared to the Sunday Sizzler last week. “We’ve stated repeatedly that there’s no reason why GGI should not attain a market cap of $50 million to $60 million by the time drilling begins during Q3,” versus from this week “There’s no reason, in a more robust Venture trading environment after a breakout above 850, why GGI should not attain a market cap of at least $40 million before the first drill results from the E&L are even released by (likely) late August.” Any particular info that resulted in that? Just curious..

And just a comment re: “Garibaldi, meanwhile, has followed a strategy of creating a powerful army of retail investors who now control most of the company’s stock (funds are out). These investors will turn into ambassadors for GGI over the summer.” Kind of risky, isn’t it, relying on (i presume) stockhouse investors/traders/pumpers? Why not guarantee exposure and excitement with a well planned promotion?

Finally, how many holes can GGI drill on a 5000m drill program? Will they get the chance to punch at least a few holes into the Q? Do we have any idea as to how deep we have to drill to reach the mineralization that occurs there?
    Thanks in advance!

  5. Johnz, my comment with regard to the advantage of a strong retail base (GGI) has far broader benefits beyond SH posters, believe me. It also complements a promotion plan, it’s not a substitute for one. There should be more GGI marketing and promotion this summer than ever before – they have the goods for that, to put together something big to drive shareholder value.

We are not more muted on potential market cap, really just the opposite actually – the $40 million level is our most conservative estimate, so you’re sort of comparing apples and oranges including the fact you stated today’s report is our Sunday Sizzler when it’s not. We’ll inform our Pro subscribers in our Sunday Sizzler as to our adjusted upside possibilities.

Do you know for sure that GGI has plans for s big promotion this summer? And if so who is this promotion going to target? The market just does not seem to care about GGI thus the current share price after the latest news on VTEM results, really expected a bump in share price and basically nothing…
CSR has me more excited than GGI at least Basa is trying to get the word out…

  7. Greg, the secret to making big money in the market is looking at any current valuation and determining what the market has wrong or isn’t factoring in yet. Unfortunately most investors are crowd followers – their focus is far too much on minute-by-minute trading, and they are simply incapable of effectively discerning a company’s real value/worth/potential other than through what other investors are apparently telling them by the current share price. Very true! The market will wake up on GGI at the appropriate time and in ways that will make your head spin. That’s going to be driven by events on the ground and effective promotion will magnify the move, with the crowd followers/bandwagon jumpers taking the stock to extremes. End of story.

I can’t wait for the end of the story…

  10. Pole, the adit at Nickel Mountain is a very valuable asset for GGI that should come into play the road, but it’s not a factor this summer IMHO. Plus, there is likely some rehab to be done and permits to be acquired before any drilling from underground is possible. They can easily attack the Q from surface at this point. The adit could be one way of drilling during the winter, from underground.

  11. Thanks for that Jon. I was hoping that the adit would be valuable down the road.

  12. Has anyone heard what the snow conditions are at the moment for the golden triangle?

    Comment by Greg — May 28, 2017 @ 8:31 pm

  13. Generally less than normal, Greg, certainly in the Eskay Camp, which bodes well for a June start-up on the ground. Very warm this weekend. Above normal summer temperatures predicted with the return of El Nino.

  17. Yes, good news, Jeremy…DVR had already been licensed to fly in Canada, of course, but this is a new designation that very few companies have received so far. They should close the final tranche of PP shortly.

Slow day ahead with the holidays in the U.S., London and China.
