A major exploration breakthrough is unfolding in the Sheslay region of northwest British Columbia as evidenced by recent news out of Doubleview Capital (DBV, TSX-V) and an established pattern of higher grades and increasingly attractive overall results with each round of drilling (nearly 2 dozen holes to date).
In the latest video excerpt of our discussion with DBV chief geoscientist Dr. Abdul Razique (see below), we explore a certain characteristic of the Hat Gold-Copper porphyry system that illustrates just how massive it could be.
As Doubleview prepares for an imminent start to its 2015 drill program, final results from hole 23 – also expected very soon – could draw a lot of new eyes to an emerging district that clearly has the potential to give the entire junior exploration sector a much-needed lift. Hot on the heels of DBV’s growing success at the Hat, Garibaldi Resources (GGI, TSX-V) is gearing up for fully-funded first-ever drilling at its huge Grizzly Project (270 sq. km) which displays similar geophysical, geochemical and geological features as those outlined at the adjoining Hat and Star properties.
Click on the arrow for the third part of our interview with Dr. Razique (in an upcoming segment, he’ll explain the “pinching” and “swelling” phenomena in the context of a structurally controlled mineralized system).
Note: John and Jon both hold share positions in DBV and GGI.
DBV. – Just watched the part 3 video ; can anyone grasp the size of this “mother” . Just in the Lisle zone can someone come up with a “guesstimate ” in tonnage . Of course the drill bit has too keep bringing up the goods and many along with me are thinking they will. Can’t understand why it’s trading @ .15 .

Les- I have heard some back of the napkin estimates and they are very big. I really do think we have the potential to become another Red Chris. Like I keep saying, there is a reason why it is said that Antofagasta’s consultant (Dr Razique – a geo-scientist) chose DBV after evaluating approx. 30 project on their behalf. If Dr Razique is right, this will fit right into their portfolio of properties.
Its trading at .15 because the juniors are our of favour right now except for the ones that attract the market’s attention…..this is good for those that wanted to accumulate large positions. I do believe the market will wake up on DBV and it could start as early as next week if H23 is announced.
Really looking forward to drilling under Dr. Razique!

Let’s put it this way, Les. We’re not talking about just a few hundred million tonnes here IMHO. The Hat easily has 1 billion+ tonne potential if the deposit starts further north as suspected. Carving out a high-grade starter area and extending the Lisle Zone for more than 2 km to the north and northwest would make this a world class deposit in every respect, and the odds of that happening have risen substantially in the last several months. The system is at a level of understanding now that should allow for rapid acceleration of the project.

7.Jon
do you know anything about this:
Malhi’s new company. Drug and disease breath detection.
Malhi is the president and director of Breathtec biomedical. Attariwalla is the lead engineer. They seem to be also developing a drug breathalyzer along with disease detection.
BREATHTECH
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
§ Current offering is 5 million shares at $0.20 per share.
§ Goal would be to get matching government grants and develop hand held devices to breath test for drug impairment as well as certain diseases.
§ Once devices are developed BreathTec would seek a Stock Market listing in North America via an IPO or Reverse Take Over.

The video sometimes doesn’t load up properly on this page…..if it doesn’t use the direct link to the video on youtube…

Haven’t noticed any loading issues on our main page with that video link, D4, has anyone else?

Let us see DBV and GGI….. a dragon or a snake! Of course, theoretically, both of them are dragons but if they cover so well… it will be the opposite.
I am more interested to see NAR’s trend in the next few weeks.

Hi Greg, thanks for pointing that out. I’ve heard some things but will check into it more. The emphasis is on disease detection.

CIN has recovered kimberlite from its Pikoo project with NAR.

Good to see some positive news from the Pikoo camp…very interesting trading in GoldQuest since Friday, has doubled on good volume and no news…

GOLD UP 18$??? 1198
Comment by STEVEN1 — April 27, 2015 @ 6:30 am
Hard to explain the moves Friday and today, interesting volatility ahead of the Fed meeting Wednesday and GDP numbers…what was encouraging Friday, despite the drop below $1,200, was how the Gold stocks held up quite well…that was a positive sign…

Jon, that is strange on GQC. I looked at it last week and saw it at .08. Then saw where Lundin said to sell it. Plus thier last drill didn’t hit. Very strange. Just goes to show you with these pennies, you never know. OIL is another one that did the same thing a few weeks back.

I’m kinda surprised CIN is selling off. Looking at the pikoo map, CIN hit where they are JV with NAR. So I guess that would be to the east of NAR 100% owned property. ATV is just to the south and came out with some encouraging news a while back. ATV another one with under a mil. market cap.

Jon- lol- I have been seeing exclamation marks after the symbol for a while…..hopefully soon I won’t be the only one!
