Gold touched nearly $1,400 this morning but has since backed off…as of 8:30 am Pacific, the yellow metal is unchanged at $1,387…Silver is ahead 27 cents to $28.38 while the U.S. Dollar Index has declined one-fifth of a point to 81.04…the CDNX finished November on a powerful note, climbing 21 points yesterday to 2072…it hit another 52-week high this morning of 2086 before pulling back in sympathy with Gold‘s drop from $1,398 to $1,381…the CDNX is currently up 6 points at 2078…we’re expecting the Venture to post its sixth consecutive monthly advance in December, followed by a potential major surge through January and February which are traditionally strong months…Currie Rose Resources (CUI, TSX-V) fell very briefly below 30 cents this morning, nearly touching its rising 20-day moving average…bargain hunters quickly stepped in, however, with CUI dropping as low as 27.5 cents…it has recovered strongly and is currently down just 2.5 cents at 31 cents…the sudden drop this morning could have been sparked by stop-loss orders which one must be extremely careful with…traders often get burned on those…the chart says there is tremendous technical support for CUI in the low 30’s, so chances are its mini-correction from the recent 42.5 cent high is now over…Gold Bullion Development (GBB, TSX-V) is trading between 66 and 67 cents this morning…investors are waiting for fresh drill results from the LONG Bars Zone which no doubt will be coming this month…the fact GBB has added four new properties to its Granada-area land package tells us that GENIVAR and GBB like what they see in the LONG Bars Zone more than ever…Gold Bullion’s chart continues to look very favorable which suggests to us that there is a much greater probability of a breakout through resistance in the high 60’s as opposed to a fall through support at 60 cents…Adventure Gold (AGE, TSX-V) is looking strong as well, up a penny to 47.5 cents…AGE has much more going for it than just its newly acquired land position at Granada but its “Extension Properties” are strategically located and the company intends to start drilling at the earliest opportunity…as Adventure Gold founder Andre Audet told us in an interview regarding Everton Resources (EVR, TSX-V) last Friday, “Granada is the making of an area play”…BMR is continuing to perform due diligence on all companies with property in the general vicinity of Granada in preparation for a major report in the near future…speaking of Everton, it came out with news this morning, announcing it has added a second drill rig to its APV Property which borders the massive Pueblo Viejo deposit that Barrick and Goldcorp are developing…2,000 metres of Everton’s Phase 1 drill program have been completed and Audet says initial results are expected “before mid-December”…EVR is up 2 pennies to 38.5 cents…we like what we see with Everton and of course we’re also very bullish on another company in the Dominican Republic, GoldQuest Mining (GQC, TSX-V)…GQC, one of our favorites going into 2011, is up a penny to 36 cents…GoldQuest is serving up a delicious geological smorgasbord in the mining-friendly DR with a strong pipeline of advanced and early stage exploration projects that are the result of a decade of hard work…drilling resumes shortly at GQC’s La Escandalosa Property which has the potential to develop into a major exploration story in 2011…the 400,000 ounces of Gold (43-101 compliant) already outlined in one part of La Escandalosa could be just the tip of the iceberg…that initial 43-101 just recently released was based on only 25 drill holes with the deposit wide open to the north and the south…

I looked at the new GBB property map on its web site. Do u know who holds that large land area to the west of Granada above South Kekeko?

Jim, I am not 100% certain but had done some digging and believe the green is Globex’s beauchastel-rouyn property. I think the light blue is Cadillac mining but again not 100% sure.

I think this drill map is excellent to get a take on how the property explored with holes, depth and so on:

Hi Guys,
Hope some people looked into UBR. Up another 25% today on big vol. 4-7.5 cent in two days after 2 years stuck. This market is explosive. I don’t check GBB anymore because I know Frank will deliver big on this one and its just a matter of when not if. Its my biggest holding and its not for trading.

With all this talk of EVR in the DR why is there no mention of BRD? After all BRD still has the right to 50% of the project and what will only drop to 35% once EVR pays for everything.
Any insight into BRD…. technically it looks appealing.
Thanks,
