CDNX and Gold Charts Entering 2012

John’s first two charts for 2012 examine the current state of the TSX Venture Exchange and Gold.  Both suffered in December but the technical outlook is brighter as the New Year begins.

The CDNX has clearly defined areas of resistance and support.  Below is a CDNX/Gold comparative 2-year weekly chart.

John’s second chart is a 9-month daily Gold chart that shows there is more upside potential than downside risk at the moment with the yellow metal.

  2. Another tip from your buddy Bert, V/SGC, has reversed itself & is starting a run.
They have 4 EXCELLENT projects in Eritrea. It took the market awhile to warm
up to Eritrea, but recently a Chinese Company took out Chalice Gold Mines, which
is located in Eritrea & that was good enough for the market, who is once again
showing confidence in Eritrea & in particular Sunridge Gold. Their past results
will amaze you, in particular their copper results & the gold results are eye
    opening.. R !

I still have DVV & will continue to wait for it to show some life, but i feel
    very confident it will..

  3. Thanks, Bert – I’ll look into SGC this morning. I noticed a hammer on AVL yesterday and will add this one to my watch list. I’m still holding CJC but I think they need news soon. CEV is a keeper. 🙂
