  2. They’re doing exactly what they need to do, Ciara, which is to drill Castle East like Swiss cheese, while making progress in terms of the ramp development plan and the new facility in Cobalt. The stock has been de-risked substantially thanks to the nearly $7 million PP (which I participated in for 300,000 shares) and the existing Inferred resource at the Robinson Zone. Given Silver’s volatility, some wild swings in the stock will occur as we saw last week. But keep in mind we remain in a primary Silver bull market and one can only imagine where CCW could trade if we’re looking at a doubling of the Silver price (or better) by sometime next year.

Investors have to appreciate the fact how challenging it is to hit these extremely high-grade narrow veins from surface, which is why the Robinson Zone is such an important discovery – no one in the district has had that kind of grassroots success in several decades. A ramp down to the Robinson Zone can extract some very valuable Silver (and Cobalt) while also opening up an underground exploration platform that can follow these structures much more easily. In the meantime, drilling furiously from surface is the right strategy as sooner or later they will hit something huge. 70 million ounces produced immediately west of Castle East could be just the tip of the iceberg in this area – there’s no way the oldtimers identified most of what’s there.

In many ways this company is now on “cruise control” and I sleep well at nights owning this stock given that we’re still in the early stages of the Silver boom, and much more will be found at Castle East and the historic Castle mine.

  5. Jon thanks so much for your reply! As you know over the years of being a part of BMR I’m the “nervous nellie” type! It’s also my largest holding and I’ve also convinced my kids, family and friends to invest in CCW as I’ve believed in it for a number of years now and appreciate the reassurance!

  6. They showed the CCW drill plan in the August presentation. I’m no geologist but it seems very straightforward and thorough. They’re drilling a bunch of holes in a line to find the length of the wedge, and a bunch of other holes from 2 different directions to find the other dimensions of the wedge, if I understood it right. They were talking like only a portion of this plan could be carried out this summer, and they will keep following that plan into the fall with the PP money. I’m hoping the market keeps their expectations in check for the upcoming NR because maybe they can’t confirm the extent of the wedge yet. Hopefully they can but I’m not losing faith either way. The plan is logical and we have to let them carry it out, even if the market freaks out. Another interesting detail is the original mega grade cores were right on the east border of the CCW property. So the drill program will proceed in the direction inward towards CCW’s own property. The other side of that east border was owned by “Battery Metals” according to Frank. I tried to find info about them and couldn’t, but it doesn’t really matter anyway because it’s not our property.
