Hey BMR, can you explain the deal with free shares coming out for CSR via GGM soon? Any games we have to plan for?
Comment by BigBid — February 17, 2018 @ 6:46 pm
No games we have to plan for, BigBid…for every 10,000 shares one holds of GGM, as of the date of record later this month, one receives about 400 shares of CSR…in total, 2.5 million CSR shares will be distributed among all GGM shareholders (plus there’s a warrant attached), so the dilution to CSR is minimal…when that CSR paper actually ends up in investors’ accounts and can actually be traded is not certain, but it’s definitely not immediate…the 2.5 million shares will be spread out among a lot of investors, so any potential future negative impact on CSR will be negligible. In some cases, when an individual is getting some CSR shares for the first time, they may actually decide to add to their initial small position by acquiring CSR (Canada Cobalt) in the open market.

With regards to IMR,will they be providing more data with respect to their sampling methodology, the number of samples taken, the size of the samples, the location of the samples, mapping, etc.
I’m all for being enthusiastic but a lot more
Data is required in order to give us a better picture of what’s happening, yes?
Thank you

Sweetbabyjesus I found John Murphy’s book on technical analysis to be helpful. It helped me understand some of the basics and I’m trying to understand as I go along.
Of course the work that BMR does on charts is always very very helpful, useful and informative.

I’m sure IMR will be pulling it “all together” shortly, GoldenFalcons…for now, they have some updated maps on their web site which provide additional sample details.

Hi Sweetbabyjesus…….May I suggest as a starter you get the latest edition of “Technical Analysis for Dummies”….no disrespect intended…I have a copy.
Then for a deeper understanding of almost any topic look at Stockcharts.com chart school section.
Hope this helps….let me know if you find this helpful.
cheers

I’m glad finally to hear basically what GGM Shareholders are getting in CSR Shares …. kinda like a dividend and also a warrant as well !! So if one holds 10,000 shares of CSR , one would receive 400 shares of CSR , so 100,000 would result in receiving 4,000 shares of CSR. So at .44 that would be worth just over $1,600 ….. not too bad …. 300,000 shares would be a $4,800 perk !! Cool …. that’ll work well. Farmer Tom …. oh, and plus a warrant !
